The primary issue facing EV as a whole is the power grid across the country has a VERY limited excess. As more and more EVs are placed in service this excess gets smaller. As we are seeing in Texas today when those windmills lose wind they start telling people to pull back on power use. There is another power plant up in one of the Canadian border states that either has or soon will shut down for good. In the US last I heard electrical power plants were still using OVER 60% carbon-based fuels. A lot of them are still burning coal.
The US went through something like this with Ethanol a while back. We were using so much corn to mix with gas the price of corn went way up.
To be honest, I am getting old. I don't drive. I don't have a dog in this debate one way or another. I just think the best overall solution to burning fossil fuels is not going to be EVs. It will come from finding other cleaner energy sources.

Second, I've never heard of more than around 32 PSI in either.
Are you people Canadian? Are we talking metric here?4mer trucker, Dale thompson, Cowboyrich and 4 others Thank this. -
