Ironically we are all looking at a picture of spider’s web, on the inter web, at website on a thread about “what if it snows” in the middle of summer, that was started by a guy from Arizona.

    Sorry for the late response......

Most of the chargers today talk to the car and will know the temp of the batteries from the recirculating coolant. The chargers are programed to start backing off the rate of charge If the batteries get too warm. Will also start to ramp down the charging as the batteries get mostly charged and turn to a trickle type charge to max the capacity.

The so called "rapid chargers" push hard till the batteries are at 80% charge then start to cut back. One piece I noticed on the web said the rapid charger charged the pack to 80% then stepped down, and took a second step down to a trickle at 90% charge.

Since I moved to Hampton Roads I have become friends with a lot of squids. There are several retired that live all around me. I get a heads up when one of the carriers leaves Norfolk and I have watched many leave. I watched the Teddy Roosevelt leave for the last time on a really foggy day about 6 years ago. I also watched the Ford leave for the first time. One thing I love about squids, they can make some good coffee. I have heard that a good capt WILL NOT leave the dock until they have made sure they have Coffee and Ice Cream on board.

We are woke. Couldn't fall asleep until around midnight.

Wasn't going two days in a row with short sleep.

Continuing onward to the third most awesomest state.

70 degrees and tain this morning watching the national weather it seems like this is a good place to be. I’m thinking it might be about 5 months before AZ natives can brag about the weather. My behavior seems to be pleasing to my bride she is making gravy. The weekend is finishing on a high note.
