I disagree with the assessment presented for Carly Fiorina's run at H.P., Her only vision for the company was around the home and small office equipment. She systematical hacked and slashed other independently functional organizations within the organization. Like the test equipment, main frame, and other stable growing areas of the company. Rather than spin them out as viable smaller companies, she cut funding and drove out the people that kept these other divisions growing and viable, effectively killing those portions of the business.

There is a reason the founders families set aside there differences long enough to oust her.

She left HP with a golden parachute worth close to 100 million. I did a quick check online. Her net worth is somewhere between 60 and 70 million.
