    Clue #1... Seek a lawyer who has won similar cases (In similar level courts) several times before.

    I slide an excavator off an RGN loading,no spotter. Thought I was going to die. Must of been 2 feet. Lol with mistakes comes experience.

    From observation, tracked stuff usually hangs up "caddy wampus" at embarrassing angles.
    From experience, typical cushion tired forklift is gone, and with op underneath sometimes.

    My buddy I used to haul rocks with in montana he went to pickup up a 50k+ pound excavator over in Utah to bring back to the quarry.. I said dude u going to need a lowboy for that. its gonna tear up ur stepdeck( all aluminum) Well he went anyways even know there was a lowboy sitting up at the quarry he couldve borrowed.

    the next day he sends me a picture of the back of his stepdeck completely destroyed and torn apart. As soon as all the weight hit that trailer from the dock it was over.. Trailer ended up totaled and it was only a couple years old.
