    Find all the holes. Figure out the busy entry/exit ones. The ones that don’t seem busy, wet and pack down. See if they get opened. Once you know the really busy holes, then you need to get some 30 or 60 minute road flares. Wet all the holes down, light a flare, put in hole, pack with the wet dirt. Do the rest of the holes the same way, all of them at the same time. Problem solved.
