I started a brake job on Tuesday mentioned to boss lady that reconditioning the steel wheels would be a nice touch. She hummed and hawed about the cost then sent me to Philly on Wednesday. I got back today at 11:30 went to fleet pride for parts boss lady calls at 15:30 and says go ahead and get the wheels done. I dismounted 8 tires took out the valve stems and loaded the wheels in the pickup in 1:20 the sweat was real. ELIZABETH

Cali has had a rule in the Vehicle code for along time that the Speedo must be accurate to within 10%.

That's why you don't hear about many tickets written for less than 5 over on the highway, too easy to get thrown out unless it's with a laundry list of other things.

The house I grew up in had one of those porches that wrapped around two sides. The front part where the walkway was had some hedges for decoration. It was a favorite place for rattlesnakes to hang out. Nothing like coming out of the front door and hearing the buzz of a rattle take off a few feet away.

Walking around the Vineyard in summertime was always a matter of keeping an eye out for the stupid things. Found some bigguns, but only messed with 'em if they were near the house.

My condolences sir . Never easy decision to make. Im still hurting from putting my German shepherd down last month. But it hurts more to watch them suffer. They are the best friends we can have in this life and it's like losing family when it's their time to go

I just had his spirit on loan for 8 years — hurts like a MF’er, but it’s flown and we’ll meet up again
