I think I'm going to go rub my M&P 15 down with some essential lavender oil.

LOL, Yeah I know what ya mean... Although ive gotten really lucky a few times.

Once when elk hunting on the desert I missed a decent bull at about 125 yards, to this day I dont know how. Later that day as we were walking back to camp a jack rabbit flushed ahead of us. I decided to take a hail Mary shot at it... By time I got my 7mm Rem. Ultra Mag. To my shoulder, shooting off hand. The rabbit was close to 150 yards out and moving fast, quartering away from me. 1 round down range, a puff of dust and the rabbit disappeared. I thought he just tucked tail and bolted under the brush.

We kept walking in that general direction, and pretty soon I saw a big ball of fur rolling in the breeze. I looked around and found a big puddle of blood coming out from under a sage brush. My bullet. Had clipped both front legs one back leg and completely blown off the other hind quarter. I couldnt believe that I had actually hit it.

This event Just made me even more upset that I had missed that bull earlier that day.

    Ok, ya'll, this ain't no s***.

My dad used to have the EXACT same gestures when driving. Which just means Dutch rednecks and American rednecks can communicate just fine......

    Carry on...

Used to do some competition skeet shooting.
Used a Remington 870. Some laughed at that.
Just was not what your supposed to use.
Didn’t laugh when they were packing up, and I was moving on to the next round.

I haven't trained since the first week of July. We are 9 hours into day 1 and I'm ready to scream. Guy is good, but I keep thinking "if I were by myself I would have slept in another hour and have made delivery by now".

GMT just hasn't logged into her own truck yet.

Why do jeep people wave at each other?
I wave at jeep people I know.
But I hate a plastic jeeper waving at me when I’m driving my real Jeep
