What if it Snows?

I've got the itch to take some loads to montana and play in the incoming snowstorm. Maybe the OM has a lead on something?

What's the temp out in the ho ?

 

Havent seen it above about 30 in several weeks. High singles to low teens in the a.m. before sunrise... Maybe 25 to 30 for a little while in the afternoon.

 

Are you familiar with the NOAA forecasting sight? (Federal govt sight that feeds the data to the network weather guessers)

I use this one and scan down the times in the right column that shows the weather prediction:

As a side note and reminder: GeeCees and I had a very light dusting of snow this morning. They are predicting an inch and a half Wed night Thursday morning. May be appropriate to avoid I5 and US97 around then. Not worth the exposure to your insurance during the ignorant amateur hour events.

After taking some time and figuring things out I may like the presentation better on the page you reference. Also noticed that the loops page I referenced has the "snow accumulation" map in the drop down area.
