Sometimes I have to deliver damaged freight that was destroyed on the dock. I always ask the customer before I call and get a damage claim "Ma'am/Sir are you certain you didn't order this (crushed, ran over, shattered, etc)?"

So training is slow. My trainer calls me as I'm driving down to Kentucky. He has been sent out of town for a day with a boss. So tomorrow I drive along hopefully. But more than likely no training.

I got this chicken taco salad for dinner.

LOL, I used to deliver fluorescent bulbs to Victoria's Secret years back when I owned a FXG route. Half of each box was always busted so I would tell them some assembly was required.

    The OM is wise.

If your interested in a nice marinade for that roast.
    you may like this one.

    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce.
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons dijon mustard. (spicy brown works also)
    1 tablespoons honey.
    1 tablespoons Italian seasoning.
2 teaspoons medium grind or kosher salt
2 teaspoons fresh medium grind black pepper.

Mix all ingredients well in bowl.
Put roast in large ziplock bag, pour in marinade, try to get as much air out of bag
Shake and make sure to get meat fully coated, place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours, longer is better.
When your ready to roast, remove from refrigerator and marinade 1 hour before roasting. Pat dry and sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper.
