    I don't think he has attended The War College. I do know he was told to expect to be at Ft Campbell for the next several years. Right now his unit is actually in Romania. SIL will be "on loan" to the 5TH Special Forces group until either the 101st comes home or he gets called to join them there. SIL did tell me that before pinning on stars he will have to go through The War College as well as CAPSTONE. What's interesting about CAPSTONE is BOTH of them are expected to attend.

    He is ready to take command of the Battalion he has been selected to command, and he will also be the brigade asst commander. But, that has to wait until this deployment is over.
