Yes although, if possible i would put a couple choker straps in the middle that squeezes all those pipes together, so that you get alot more gripping strength to keep the pipes together. Sometimes it is not possible to do that. Just depends on how long ur straps are and how much room you have to work with between the pipes..

The only thing i would do different is alternate sides on your strap so they arent all tightening on the drivers side because that pulls the whole load to the left and a load like that if u take a corner to fast it can want to try and shift on you... But it looks like no winches on passanger side so u gotta work with what u got. It is definatly secured above legal requirements and dont see anythign wrong with it. I just always tend to drive more careful with loads like that regardless of how much securement is on it.
