    Knowing that we would be home bound for a few days loaded up on comfort food. Few chuck roast one for pot roast, one for shredded beef tacos, and to suis vied one for 24 hours after a 24-hour dry brine with Knors dry beef bouillon. Made a pot full of pinto beans last night that was supposed to have some left over for refried beans, but the crew ate them all last night. Making some black bean soup to go with the pot roast.
