Was thinking "Thin Crust Thursdays" ...... Could be changed to thick crust if that was the customer base preference.

Burritos would always be on the menu. I'm thinking the "El Wapo Grande" for Thursday's specialty burrito.

    These old Pickups..
Jim Buck Ross, former Sec of Agri for Mississippi told this while campaigning.
He is somewhere in TX on vacation and gets to talking with an old W Tx hand in the lobby.

    Old hand: "Where you from"?
    Jim B.: Pelahatchie, MS...
Old hand: What yawl do down there mostly?
Jim B. We are great big in chickens mainly, raise some cattle on the side.
Old Hand: What size place you got over there?
    Jim B.: I've got about 120 acres...
Old hand: 120 acres... Why man; I got so much land, I get in my old pickup and It can't make
it all the way across it in one day...
Jim B:. Nods vigorously, and says.." I know, I've got an old pickup just like that too.....

    Sometime he would throw in:
I'm from a small town in Mississippi named Pelahatchie..
Well; it is small, in fact our city limits sign's are back to back on the same post...

Hey, you gotta keep up. Poor memory is a sign of a deteriorating brain, linked to dementia and Alzheimer’s.
