What if it Snows?

LOst a 10mm socket last winter working on my weed eater. It never did turn up

 

I would also be concerned about being flagged by DOT or other regulators for hiring drug users and having the added nightmares of that increased scrutiny.

After poking around a bit, a couple of medical pages say the morphine should clear the urine in 3 or 4 days.

Unless you want to do the hair testing, which has a 90day clear time, I would sign him up for tests twice a week for the first couple of months so he could prove himself clean. There would be nothing "random" about the testing. Figure every Monday and Thursday to prove he has broken the addictive cycle. Then look to push it out to every couple of weeks, and slowly increase the time between test. Of course when the test start to spread out, I would throw back in an occasional Thursday and Monday test to make sure he aint just timing doses around the test.

What witchery is this? It's obviously a trap.

 

Where is that! It appears someone is finding my 10mm sockets, I can't seem to keep them around!

 

That’s definately a trap. Don’t put your hand in there. Get someone else to do it first.
