HB has declared that it is 0 nap thirty — tried to tell her that I am a very busy man with important #### to do, but she isn’t buying it

 

Not even a strong drink to make it seem easier

 

Gotta listen to her, seems like she has a good idea

 

I think you are hitting near one of the major issues..... Poor Location planning.

One location is in the middle of the Industrial area near Jublitz..... There are very few tax paying locals living nearby. I would bet that most of the customers for that location just swing by on the daily commute. Not enough residences in the neighborhood to support that size of store unless it were a true destination or no other store.

Second store is more in the neighborhoods (heavy on the 'Hoods part). The thing with that location is they are competing with themselves. Although that one is a "Super Center" there is another Walmart regular store 3 miles away on the same street.

My opinion: Corporate should have never signed leases for either location. Bad business decisions. Should run the flagpole up whoever signed off on those locations.

Maybe WM wanted out of both Locations and the current circumstances allow that to happen
