What if it Snows?

My Son In Law was at Ft Polk not long ago and while there drove down to the big easy. He visited some friends and said he went to a Museum. He might have been to this one. What's interesting is you brought up this topic that reminded me of FT Polk. I have mentioned this several times already, but he is not with his unit. They are deployed in Romania. I spoke to him several days ago and he said a Lt Col Position is open at FT Polk that he is fully qualified for. I'm not looking forward to my daughter and granddaughter being in that hellhole, but such is life.

Not too many. We never had one close in any state then we ended up with two at almost the same time.

I buy the same Redwing pair/model every time. This is #7 or 8 in the past 12 years. I treat them once in the beginning with Sno-Seal and neglect them the rest of their life. Pressure wash to clean. They are tough, but didn’t stand up to my Great Dane wanting a chew toy when they were brand new LOL.

 

I am having my transmission repaired. It snowed on this ridge. Calling for snow where I am working at which is in the higher accumulation area. May get the night off. I am close to a state prison. May go down and visit the female inmates.

That's a great museum. The last time I went was just before Katrina but we're going to New Orleans next winter so we'll probably hit it again.
