Anyone running MS north out of MS to Jackson, TN; expecting to cut across toward Nashville, needs to run I20 east to Fulton scales, take MS 25 north to the NEW ROAD the cuts over to Red Bay, AL, hitting AL 24 on into Decatur, AL for I65 north to Nashville. Back in my younger days before nanny boxes, sometime I would drive 800-1000 miles. Not because I was in a hurry, but some days I just felt like driving. Then take a nice break.
