92 in Dallas yesterday; summer is coming. I remember doing Canada runs and basically living in the Land of Winter in the Dakotas and Prairie Provinces. Barely squeaked through the blizzard in southern Minnesota the other day and not having to shut down. Kind of miss being in the Northern Tier and not having to deal with the BS down south, though.

 

Companies need to get with the times and offer some Models with PRE DAMAGED options. When ordering online regardless of quantity of Tractors, DAMAGE OPTIONS on reverse side Contract, NO EXTRA CHARGES.
Scratches, Dings, Bent Steel, Floppy Bat Wings, Non Adjustable off kilter Headlights, 8-10 90000 Watt Spotlights on Overhead Exterior Visor (we no need no marker lights), Wobbly Mirrors, Tattered Mud Flaps, crud covered dash panels, a wee bit of urine overspray and sweaty feet odor in sleeper (for that vintage aroma), as well other delectable offerings at no extra charge, do certainly appeal to some percentage of trucking scientists.
Those and other miseries await future Truckers before these future Truckers slide of an Overpass or for no discernable reason, just drive into a Lake.
