As a contribution, please consider the Chrysler Slant 6 Industrial Engine.
Framed properly and cooling, PTO, U joint set up for drive shaft.
Hook it to a F/B Morse 8' intake irrigation well pump.
Convert to propane, connect a 500 gallon trailer mounted tank close in.
Pour 5 gallons of water down the well to prime, throw in the PTO, let it bounce the governor and settle.
Do this by 10 AM one morning, come by at about 6, stop, pull dipstick, wipe and replace, crank and shift to pump.
Maintenance consist of doing this twice a day and oil change at 100 hours.
    Something to consider...
This engine lays against the steady, consistent, load. Not like a motive app, stop, start, idle, clutch, wide open.
As a welder, cut back at rod change or a generator as load requirements vary..
Just steady twisting those impellers 100 feet down and bringing it on up. Keeping the supply pool full.
Minnie/Mo, Waukesha, IH, all have been/were used, but these little engines surpassed the others.

I've NEVER seen the result of actually COOKED Hash Browns except at MAYBE 2 or 3 restaurants in the early to mid '70's, suthun calicornholia, OR horribly roasted into crunchiness (burned to a crisp) with the usual raw inferior interior.:(
Lotsa "cooks" have no concern for customers. Look at Awful House for one example. Standard responses: "you no like the way I cook, go elsewhere" or "think you can do better"?!
T/A Truck slop rest-and-u-rants offered (when I was rolling the Highways, Slow ways, Scenic ways) their ideas of cooking which, most locations, offered nationally sad results, or worse.
Then there was/is the Flying P package. :(

That's kind of like the 9th circle of Hell, well maybe the 7th or 8th circle.

The word "Horrific" doesn't do it justice.

Pad was down all night. Took a nap since I didn’t sleep yesterday in the warm cab. Will seek out a garage for some AC juice replenishment. And I am rewarding myself with this.
