I couldn't find anything on YouTube to support either position, so......please pardon an old man's failing memory.

Well— about 3/4 is clean’d up— still got some drifts that need to leave— good thing to cause after 2 dogs and a hard winter, the feds could have declared the backyard a superfund site

I’m trying to eat healthier. The garden cancelled out all the bad.

    Coddled potatoes are different.
You can add a number of things together, BACON and sausage, onions, garlic are a good combination. The difference is using stock to cook everything. Usually low and slow in a dutch oven is the best way.

Dang that's sounding good, more of a winter/fall dish though.

May say Eff It and grab a sack of taters next trip to the store though.

May look for a discounted ham though. Wife and I snacked all the one I got about a week ago.

What you all think put the meaty ham bone in with the Coddled tater?
