I just don't trust myself with it on the grill. Screw up just a little bit, and you've got the counties biggest piece of beef jerky. I marinate it with beer and other stuff and cook it at 250 for about 4 hours. Turns out pretty good.

We got a good bit of that going on here as well.

 

So I have an issue with with a circuit breaker that keeps tripping. It tripped once, I reset it, lasted two hours now it won't reset. I put a 30 amp there and it took longer to trip, but still tripped. I unplugged everything from that circuit and it still trips, in less than a second. I might have to call an electrician. Or rip out all the outlets.
