What if it Snows?

If the ignition and port timing is nearly symmetrical around TDC,

 

Supposedly an old Mack will do that too. If you stall it out and depress the clutch at just the right moment it will begin to run backwards. I don’t think it’s like a Detroit where it blows smoke out of the breather. Just that the rotation is reversed.

I have never seen it, but I believe the fella that told me. I may also be remembering wrong. It’s been a long time

 

And tend to run fast and constantly by themselves.. Difficult to stop without a foot square piece of plywood...

 

Dad had one that was horrible about that, let it turn over a few times and let off the button and it would kick over backwards.
