Thank you. It has been a central part of my Grandparents home for longer than I can remember. The first time it chimed the hour I cried and laughed all at once. Ive been sitting here watching it and listening to the Westminster Chimes on every quarter hour. I only hope that I can be as faithful a time keeper as my Granpa was, forever attending to this clock.

I have a Howard Miller model 610-520. Bought 12/20/1995 for wife. She had wanted a "Grandmothers" clock. So, this is what they sold me. $584.51 delivered.
Only moved twice, when I sold the house and moved in here, and when I changed apartments. Kept perfect time until July 2022 when the RH weight began to hang lower than the middle, and the middle lower hang lower than the LH. Sort of a reverse stairstep unwind. Had an antique shop owner come out on 8/15/22 and do "Periodic Maintenances" ($175.00). Never lost time, just unwound wrong. Pic taken at 6:30 ish CST today. I will pull it up tonight for the coming week.
Chains and weight have never been touched by human hands, have worn thin a pair of white gloves. I notice the "spire" on mine points up, where yours points down. 1st thought your's was upside down, but the dovetail would prevent reversing.
