What if it Snows?

This one chimes 4 at quarter past, 8 at half past, 12 at quarter till, and 16 on the hour plus tolls the hour number. I grew up living with my grandparents during the summers and love the sound of the chimes through the dark silence of the house. I just got it moved to my home today, but I'm sure Mrs. Cattleman will ask me to silence the chimes, it has a small lever you can switch to silence the chimes.

 

You can, because you are not exposed to it very much. Bet they will tell you they almost never notice it.
Visitors to our home then would sometime comment on hearing ours.

 

With my 2 young and rambunctious boys, our bedroom is the only moderately safe place for it to go.

 

Parents had a clock that chimed on the hour. I didnt care for it.

 

My mom would shut the chime off on hers otherwise I wouldn't stay at the house.

I've done a fair amount of that, normally poke a hole in them though.
