Could have been scrod, if in Boston...Fully defined below...
    haddock
    Boston scrod
Scrod, sometimes spelled “schrod,” is usually young cod or haddock; the etymology of its name is disputed but, according to Merriam-Webster, comes from the obsolete Dutch word schrood (“piece cut off”) or the Cornish word scrawed (past participle of scraw, to split, salt, and lightly dry).

No, took it to be one cyl, but laying bad right to my vertical eye...

Oh hell, Italy. They used to sell a line of industrial sweepers made in Italy. Parts were a problem. Story was, they built a device. then they make parts as needed later, and they never fit "precisely " as in mating surfaces for gaskets....

In 79, Hotsy was trying to replace Malsbury the steam cleaner line.

Can't believe there's something, anything, you've never heard of Dale.

Probably just an old wives tale.

Now THIS is a Steam Cleaner,,,, Fuel cap for fuel, open port is the tank for solution mix. Smoke stack encompasses many feet of coiled 1/2 " tube
for the water to circulate thru, as the blower (lower left) blasted the flame (like a x large blowtorch) from the kerosene fed burner up thru its middle.
Only pressure generated was by the LIVE steam. Notice the insulating space on the MASSIVE wand hanging there. When we fired up the steam cleaner, no one bothered us in the 50 feet pad behind the building. Mud, grease, baked on built up on a forklift came right off. Cheap paint did too.

We bought "DUZ" granulated Blue washing powder in 50 pound lots as "chemicals". A cardboard box of it was cheaper than 5 gal of "chemical".
The chemical is about a quart of chemicals in 4 gallons and 3 quarts of water, color added. Just a double handful of "DUZ" in 3 gallon of water did the same thing. Oh, and we bought it used for $150.00, used it 3 or 5 years anf junked as rusted out.
Oh, and ours had 3 feet of "stack" galvanized, not chrome...
