What if it Snows?

That’s what that was— coming home yesterday, there was a blur that flashed by in the hammer lane— thought it was probably a UFO type of thing from NYC

 

Went and got beer
Smoked some ribs
Made supper

I think I won.

 

Oh, and watched some TV

 

Ive always find it funny when people call dinner, supper... Hear it alot in the midwest.. Never heard supper before until i went trucking and was wondering what the hell they are talking about lol same with calling a plastic bag a sack... Hear that one in montana alot.. Caught me off guard because the first time i heard that i misheard it as slap.. Would you like a slap sir? Hmmmm no thanks . i think im good

 

Dinner is lunch
Lunch is lunch
Dinner is supper too.
But, supper is supper.

No comment on breakfast.

 

How does brunch work into that?

 

Yuppie stockbroker leaves work to parking garage, gets his Ferrari. Tool out, turns right and pulls up to red light. Geezer on a moped eases up and looks over inside in awe. Gow i lee, is that real wood on the dash? Sure is and let me tell you what this thing can do...(Long litany of HP, top speed, 0 to infinity in -0, etc.
So light changes, and he stomps on it to impress the geezer. Makes the spurt, leans back, all good.. Glances in the mirror and there is the Geezer pacing him,... Varoom, he mashes on it and pulls away. Doing well on a portion of straightway; checks the back, and there is the Geezer. Back some but makin gain..
So he hard brakes, gonna let him catch up and see what he has got in that thing.. To his amazement, the Geezer just slingshots by him like a streak and losing control, crashes on the shoulder..

Oh GOD, what have I done as he pulls forward and jumps out... Approaching the Geezer, he is all contrite....
Sir, Sir, I am so sorry for causing this. Is there anything in anyway I can do to make this right ???

Geezer gasps out a weak; but fervent, request...Well Sonny, would you please unhook my galluses from you side mirror there...

 

Well, that's a lot like breakfast.
