    Scottsdale is definitely not ghetto. But it's built out too.

    Dude that built my place said it's six months to get a permit out here, and they will only do a limited number.

    I picked up an excavator once out there. It was pretty ghetto. Looked like plywood shacks. Lots of disabled cars and I’m pretty Nicolas cage was wandering around picking up cans.

    But it was north of town about 5 miles.

    My one niece. The one that married the retired CWO from the coast guard.

    I've suspected them for awhile.

    Little details always tell the whole story.

    Saw some pics of never ending remodel stuff. Just kind of disarray, and procrastination.

    Of course they moved to Georgia, that's pretty much a death blow in itself.

    Some of the stuff she posted on Facebook. Told my sister I think she's smoking dope. She says oh no way, not her.

    Okay.

    The other day the niece, by complete accident, recorded 5+ minutes of their conversation, and texted it to me.

    Probably more F bombs than I've used in 5 months. And they're debating how much dope to buy.

    I never liked the guy. Wanted to..........run him off 20 years ago, but that was my brother's call.

    My dil that is my favorite has that bad habit she sprinkles f-bombs like it’s confetti. Seems crass to me.

    North scottsdale is where all the rich people live. They fly in on their private jets to the airport there and drive their bentleys and ferraris around town.. But then again phoenix and surrounding areas are like that.. Real nice houses on 1 block and next block over is a straight dump

    I had to get on the daughter about that— course she did have a 900lb Corriente bull in hot pursuit trying to hook her— but still— we call it Stockyard Language and it generally stays in the stockyard/shop/construction field
