    I dropped 60 lbs in the last 8 months, but i don't suggest going my route. I have gained back 10 lbs since the little thing ended. You are doing great

    Geez Opus— didn’t know that you were an enforcer with violent tendencies— office peoples were busy and off doing something important so I sent an email and copied everyone including Jesus that was very professional asking for a detailed explanation— that was at 10:12 haven’t heard nothing but crickets so believe I’ll drift eastward without saying much of anything and stay there until the money hits the bank in the morning THEN kick the bear in the balls as hard as I know how
