    Looking at electric skillets for III.

    Probably need a bigger inverter.

    They have one that's 600W, but it's too small to cook anything.

    This is good choice. The company is located in Reno. Currently have one of these. Works very well, not a single problem
    3000 WATT PURE SINE POWER INVERTER 12 VDC to 120 VAC

    Also have one of these, plus know of a few others in use. Powers Micro and dorm type fridge.
    Have a space/fit issue, so the other one would not work. So far has been running fine, no complaints
