Boise hasn't been part of the HO for along time, kinda like the Seattle/Tacoma area here in WA.

It finds them once broken bones, and stuff that's been violently dislodged at one time.

I got it several places. Best combat for it, is increasing your circulation best as you can, so more blood gets to those areas.

The one vertebrae where I broke my back looks like somebody took an ice cream scoop to it.

Couple Tylenol with about half cup of strong hot coffee fix you up.

You're in a bad geographical location for it though. The humidity, coupled with the low pressure systems are always gonna let you know.

Stretch and stretch hard and be religious about it — only hope when you’re approaching 60 of staying off drugs

It definitely finds the broken bones, my wife being the fn genius she is let her daughter talk her into jumping out of a perfectly good aircraft, she now has metal holding things together from waist to about shoulder blades. She's never been the same physically.
And I know a storm is coming about an hour before I can see it.

Shoulders, hips, knees, for me my one ankle that still and forever will have the screws in it, is where it goes.

The stuff just starts to wear out.

I know all the supermen on the forum jump right into the weight pile and such, but it's not the back or chest, or even your arms that limit you, it's the shoulders.

Just so many rpm's over the years lol.

Neck — the neck controls about everything else— lose the neck and your F’d — spent a month and a half last winter figuring that out
