What if it Snows?

Mine was 234. I’ve gotta work on it. And I got put on BP meds.

 

I’m a miserable old young man. I’ll live forever and complain about that too.

 

I'm good with grumpy old codgers, as long as the complaints aren't driven by feelings of self pity about not taking care of themselves at a younger age.

 

Only the good die young, Joey. You and me are gonna be around awhile.

 

Well eating 16oz ribeyes and double quarter pounders with cheese and gravy biscuits it really don’t matter what kind of trucking you do. Plus a family history of it doesn’t help. As well as many other life choices.


That whole “I pull a flatbed because I get exercise” is a myth. Most are just as unhealthy. I’m not excessively overweight either. My BMI is 26, but do need to lose about 20-30 lbs.

 

I can tell you one thing. My diet change WILL NOT START with this meal. Lol

 

Well. We are discussing ordering a pizza here. Salmon and asparagus just doesn’t sound appealing tonight
