Have always known “Burnt ends” to be from brisket. Usually from the thin end of the slab, but can come from any “edges” of the meat. Usually has a fair amount of “bark” or dry very well done meat. My guess that because of the look and texture, it gets called burnt. Most often I have seen this served as a chopped up meat and swimming in a sauce. Guess the sauce makes it chewable. Not a favorite.

My son smokes their briskets and harvests burnt ends from them. They are really good!

The truck has stopped at an indigenous Petro, after traveling nar 600 mile.

The OM authorized a fuel island lasagne for outstanding performance.

The Texans got themselves a FULLY non-indigenous, HUMMDINGER construction zone set up on the west side of El Paso.

The OM thinks no good shall come from.

Other half came packing these home bragging about the deal she got on them— $2 a pop is what she said— we’ll see if they’re any good in a little while
