What if it Snows?

The way north and south bound 15 merges together onto 86 is stupid. Nearly ran over a small car of some type the other day with the tank train... Because they thought they could only go 30 mph as they merged right infront of me. It was a Jakes, Brakes, Gears, and Air Horn kinda moment.
