Nah that was me leaving az after an arbys gyro. May have hit the go pedal a little hard as well

 

No scraps for the animals

 

Cornish Game Hen is deadly to poodles— least that’s what I told him and he settled for a couple jerky treats—HB will spend the evening cleaning the bones and by morning it’ll look like they been bleached under the hot Arabian sun — never have and never will cheat the critters

 

A little Smokey at the lake but pleasant temps. Got the boy on a tube behind the boat. Nothing better than cracking the whip on smooth water.

 

Never made it to the place myself. Wanted to, just couldn’t get it to work.
Lots of bands played the venue. Some well before they became headliners.

 

Can’t see it real well, but we got a hummingbird turf war going on — gang a couple houses down came up to cause trouble and ours that live in the lilac bush gave it to them— might have to go get the HB to come out and establish some order

 

Hummingbirds are cool. They are very territorial creatures. Had to put up like 5 feeders spaced around the yard. They would fight over them. You have a mister? They like misters. Fly in and out of it. Hummingbirds like to be freshly showered.

 

Just the lawn sprinklers — got a spray head on the rhubarb/strawberry patch that they like to shower up in— robins are out at daylight on the regular sprinklers and then go dust themselves in the dirt pile out back— ain’t no figuring the birds of the world
