What if it Snows?

Does 26 1/2 hours in a gravel lot on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in Western New Mexico waiting on worthless ### McKinley Paper Co. to decide they're ready to load me count? Oh, and I forgot, I arrived at 07:30, was told 14:00, I call then, "3-4 more hours ", called back at17:30, "2-3 more hours ", called back at 23:30, "it'll be 04:00". WTF! go to bed, get up and call at 04:00, "be ready at 08:00" , call at 07:30, "be 3-4 more hours " , decide I've had it, informed DM I'm leaving find me something in Albuquerque, before we get off the phone she gets an email it's ready, WTF, so I call the shipping office, "yup, it's ready". Go down there and check in guard: "it'll be 2-3 more hours " ..... wasn't having it, she finally checked me in.... then I waited 2 more hours for an open door!....that was my Tues-Wed last week.. good times!... needless to say they are now on my no go list!

 

Pro good rate and heading home. Con that long week. That sucks.

No go list for sure. That would most certainly suck. That’s a place where you rip a fart in the office nice and loud. And say ####ty day then walk out.

 

I’m stuck in the land of Cleve’s unloading this means getting home waaaay past normal pajama time. Foul mood will follow. DIL is watching over bride.

 

Well you have been to a couple of the weirdest spots in Washington, depending on direction of travel I would have tried for the Shell south of king city, but only parking for about 15 trucks and not 24 24 hrs, or just hit a wide spot on the columbia.

 

Could always use the on ramp. Like everybody else, blend in.
