I think the stupid is strong today. For some reason I can feel it.

 

Check in at 06:15 after shipper opens. Female human at window takes my info and tells me I need to wear a safety vest to finish checking in. Didn't know the office was that dangerous,.. walk back to truck and retrieve said stupid vest. Return to interact with human again. She proceeded to tell me my preloaded trailer wasn't loaded yet, to go park and they'll call when they're ready to load me. Guess I'll be splitting my hours here and running later today and starting even later tomorrow, I see more human interaction in my near future! The big yellow orb is trying to overtake west Texas, humans are beginning to scurry around. Not gonna be a good day, rest of the week is shot.

 

That sucks. Hoping I don’t have the same fate. Doesn’t bother me running day night. It’s the human interaction part that can be annoying.

 

Just thinking way outside the box here- it would have been funny when the lady asked for your safety vest, and you took off your shirt and showed her a tattoo of a safety vest and said got it right here darlin.

 

Welp.... my day is isn't off to a great start. Nobody plugged in the stores pallet jack yesterday.
