    Anybody in here used an inversion table? Thinking about getting one. Back was AFU yesterday.
    No I'm not going to a chiropractor. Been to three different ones in two states and me no likely.

    I've used one several times, they work good for me and you can control how much your stretching thing's out, don't go and stand your head the first time.

    yes I have a inversion table aka “the rack” it will loosen up your back and stretch it, but what really makes the back pain go away is doing crunches and leg lifts 3 sets of 50 each 2x a day morning and night. I’m still a fat ### at 300 lbs but my back is good because I have strong abbs.
