Lights could help. Ones that have a dusk to dawn sensor. Randomly flashing works as well. Put them up high, like 15 feet. Need to be bright enough to interfere with them hunting. Must be a good source of food near by. Otherwise they wouldn’t be there.

Wife just had to had one a few years ago. Always got caught on the cowhide rug in the living room, along with just about anything else. Dam thing now sits in its charging dock in the dogs room, where it'll probably stay never to be used again
