    Oklahoma has a lot of lease to own stuff. We did something similar when we first moved here from commie land when '08 ruined my business and life. Took awhile, but we eventually rebuild our credit got a bank note to buy that place, sold it and bought the place we're in now.

    No... I went the traditional route. Offered low with the stipulations that were a must to me... Then negotiated up to asking and kept my stipulations.
