I run those at 25 amps... And I could take it down to about 18 cause I don't use the full pedal welding blades like that.

Saw a video, somewhere up in OR of ID. Dude was flown in; edged up to the line, transitioned over to the line on to a suspended contraption and sailed on done the line.
I did not understand the tricky bit of keeping contact of line with helicopter during the switch? Think some sparking occurred. Static?

And they’re breeding new ones every day— pretty scary if you think about it too much. Well— was gonna give the poodle a haircut and the HB a bath but that idea got shot down pretty hard— something about lowering their self esteems — guess I’ll go sweep the shop floor till nap time

You may have more adjustments to make than that. Lot of state jobs require you to be at the clock and punch in, then stand around and BS till the roach coach come around with the sausage/biscuits and coffee,,,,, Stoke up, smoke one, the go in and pick up the wrenches, etc...Several forklift operations I knew of utilized this perk.
Lotta #####ing when I advised ones I interviewed that I eat at home, drove to our shop, in my POV, got there before them. They could do the same, or hit the street. I had quit the Clark dealer and opened my own. Several of their mechanics thought they were were gonna hit the featherbed. Some rude awakenings.
(We once repaired a 30K lift outside as too tall to come in shop. Slung a tarp over it, stuck a kerosene orchard heater in on one end and run a 220V welder extension outside. Cover, heat, light and power. Better than roadside. No complaints about winter cause I was up under there right with 2 of them. Griping
drops way down when the receiver to be is in a Stillson's reach of the griper.)

Phone will probably go dead for 30 minutes, then come back on saying next time out be one hour... They listen, then dictate.
