At the request of a county council person I Sat in on the community meetings for a condo development one time...... The developer was under the impression that one car in the garage and one spot in front of the garage was sufficient parking for 2 and 3 bedroom units. There were around 30 units in the proposal. I immediately walked to the podium when I heard that to be first in line for the Q&A portion.

I of course pointed out that in that area we did not use "garages" to park cars in. That is combined Storage, creative, and toy space. So where were the other 30 cars going to park? As others did the same kind of pointing out of fundamental flaws I actually got a chance to look at the plans and called up the local Fire Captain (who was a customer) to have him come down. He rolled in took a look at the plans and started to gut laugh. After he calmed down a bit he just walked up to the front of the line and started running down a list of the violations of LOCAL fire code for the presented plot plan..... That project never happened.

The county council person actually got it passed that all plans must be reviewed by fire, police, water, and power before any county sponsored public presentations.

See one major flaw with this. The beer is not in a cooler. That’s a problem.

Just balance out the golf bag with a cooler style saddle bag on the other side?

There would be another bag on the other side — have to be on top
