    That show about the Sturgis bar owner opened my eyes to how bad it is. Double pouring / theft was a huge issue. He had cameras above every register.

    He could reduce that down to 10% if he used the Turbo Tap system and started weighing the kegs every night and running the drain from the tap pour area into a gallon jug checking the color of it to see if they watered it down. When this is checked the bartender will stop giving away beers for bigger tips.
