    That’s Halliburton. Take it or leave it. They don’t give a rats behind. The rules are the same across the board for any carrier hauling for them. There are only two companies in this area getting loads from them. I chose the less sucky one. I am not leased to them. They are essentially just a broker to me. They have their own trucks as well. It sucks at times but also can be lucrative at times. And I’m home everyday. And sometimes I only work 4 days a week because I’m lazy.

    All the sand hauling in the oilfield has turned to crap everywhere. Unless you are greasing palms or have a contract with multiple trucks….it’s just mediocre. But way better here than anywhere else.

    Never cared for Miami. Every time we went there it was a Fiasco. And then there is the lovely weather - :rolleyes:

    Nope. No place for em to work. Although there have been some dudes from Guatamala I think that have showed up. I think a couple may be working at The Family Holler restaruant and maybe the copper plant down the street from me.
