I've done those from Dave's posting. Quite tasty. Also his potatoes-jalapeno-tomatoes dish. I have trouble getting the spuds browned to suit..

If you can get or make some pico, put a little pico on the nachos. Before nuking.

Right now our newspaper has AAA flyer offering NEW members on for $24.00 and a friend free...Had it for years. One dead battery away from home, one flat in bad weather, any failure that stops you, tow to the house. You can mostly arrange something to get by. Older people and women can't.
Plus, Lenscrafter's give 10% discount to AAA holders., and many other places.

I now keep the high $90.00. Extended towing. I figure I am on the way to see my daughters in KY, 430 miles.. Price allows 200 miles towing. So If I am halfway there, and my 99 Dakota SLT fails me (hush) , I can get it back home to a friendly shop, or onto KY where I can bunk/feed free until fixed. Cheap reassurance.

The OM and I realize this isn't the kind of coin you made at Schneider, especially during the recession, but you may be able to scratch out a living.
