Haven't had any bbq in several weeks now May have to fix that tomorrow.

Used to come up near the river in E. St, Louis, lL to National Stockyards to load hogs south. See the "winos "coming up from the river levee with their cardboard bedrolls. Me sitting in a fairly new tractor with a decent heater. And I would think: "There but for the grace of GOD goes me". Same with you and me Dave.

 

Sit in a Walmart parking lot. Observes the ones leaving and their carts...Especially if there is one older person and two or three variants accompanying.
Piled high, and bonus if you can see several prepacks of meat visible. Observe the vehicle approached, and the distribution of the contents to an adjoining vehicle. It is educational...
