Hopefully luck doesn't enter into it. What's doing a good job? OTD pu, OTD delivery, and keeping the people informed of any and all delays and/or complications. That's all there is to it. Schmoozing isn't my thing and I'm terrible at it as a result. If it's schmooze or lose I'll imagine I'll lose. But, I'm too far into the process to back out now. So, I'll keep you all informed about how it is in case anybody else is thinking about going over the LS in the Phoenix area being also aware that my experience may not be everybody elses experience.

I've had it pretty good over and Schneider for five years. Paid off a truck and banked some money. Losing TSC was the push that drove me to make the jump due to freight scarcity and a sneaking suspicion that the load board is manipulated in a way that hides freight for some people. The reason I think this is because they have Schneider finance and those super high lease payment and they need those guys to make those payments. So, if you're working at Schneider and are leasing a truck through schnieder finance, makes good business sense to keep those trucks moving.

Anyways thanks for the input. I was delayed because the shop can't process my truck until this afternoon.
