Ah, for the days of Allen Dulles in CIA. He was reputed to be able to recognizes the actual enemy and was not queasy about "handling" it.

Work well with a machine equipped with a slip sheet attachment, not so good forks, even thin 10" wide x 48's polished.
You was well prepared. I forgot the sweeper, small debris usually push broom job. At one time, responding officer would be using it as you wound up your cables. Times change.

The OM said I'm being fined $250 for buying 10 gallons of fuel too much at the last stop.

That's where it was $0.87 cheaper than INSIDE THE COMMUNIST STATE.

But this place is another $0.42 cheaper than the last place.

A truck like that would have it's uses and markets.

Little 1200 person town I live near has one of the imported Japanese trucks for light duty maintenance, seems to work for them.

They use it to put out and maintain the flower boxes, empty the little trash cans, and when they roll out for blackberry exterminations. Bonus it fits on the sidewalk where there is no street parking.

Part of the reason it may make sense is because the town is only a couple of square miles and mostly paved road.

Could also envision something similar at most any truck stop. Loves typically runs a side by side with a trailer to empty the trash cans and do other things. It would be an easy transition to use the little truck for that.

I've hauled a few gas mini pu/Japan make. I recall they had 10" wheels. Used them to run the ROW. In certain limited applications they would work.
