Top speed 25 mph....that would limit its capabilities and it never gave a run time between charges or I missed it. EV have a long way to go before being competitive in any market. I bought a E weed eater,it sucks because of the run time. Another batt. cost as much as the machine. BS.

 

A truck like that would have it's uses and markets.

Little 1200 person town I live near has one of the imported Japanese trucks for light duty maintenance, seems to work for them.

They use it to put out and maintain the flower boxes, empty the little trash cans, and when they roll out for blackberry exterminations. Bonus it fits on the sidewalk where there is no street parking.

Part of the reason it may make sense is because the town is only a couple of square miles and mostly paved road.

Could also envision something similar at most any truck stop. Loves typically runs a side by side with a trailer to empty the trash cans and do other things. It would be an easy transition to use the little truck for that.

 

I've hauled a few gas mini pu/Japan make. I recall they had 10" wheels. Used them to run the ROW. In certain limited applications they would work.
