    What I left out of the story is I have fourteen (14) boxes of .270 130gr Corlok and the Ol .270 has been Ol Meat in the Pot way before the 30.06 was a twinkle in my eye

    I've got an old Remington 700 chambered in .270 and it has always treated me good too. I did put a new Timney trigger in it a few years back due to all the supposed dangers of the factory trigger.

    Still in training with the Borg. I have 3 or 4 more rack cards to get before they can cut me loose on my own.

    Gas hauling is not as much fun as it used to be......
