Considering all of the things that could have done serious injury to myself, the two items that caused the most severe of injuries had to be bicycles and skateboards.
Fortunately have been able to walk to the ambulance on my own after any crash.

I race BMX and that's where most of my broken bones have come from.

I thought I was a motocross god once, so I bought a YZ. After breaking my collar bone and other various stuff, I realized it was taking way too long to kill myself and it hurt too much, so I bought the Vmax.

I thought being on the road would help too. I just do better wheelies on my road King than most guys do on sport bikes now lol.

I am the definition of man child.

While I can’t say that a group of us invented what today is called a mountain bike, we did build some bikes that sure look like them, back in the mid-70s. We just called them tanks.

Out in the pacific coast range, between San Francisco and Santa Cruz and west of I-280, are a lot of state park and preservation land. They all have some paved roads, most are graded dirt fire roads. Long, miles long, mostly down hill roads. Good for some serious speed, not talking 20 or 30 mph, we were hitting 50 and 60 mph in some places. After a few lay downs, we started wearing MX gear on these trips.

Well I was going to just go home, but found a load to Vegas.

So the OM booked it, logic being it's kinda on the way anyhow.

But it was a drop and hook, and the trailer is sealed.

    SO

Now the load bars are in the sleeper. This was a very traumatic event.

Things are back to normal now, but it was touch and go there for a few hours.

When you pick up a sealed trailer like that are you absolved of any damages due to a shifting load since you can't make sure it's locked up tight? Do people ever try to pin damage on a driver in a case like that?

That's awesome. If I had a ID from Michigan that looked like that I would tell people I was a member of the Silver Bullet Band.
