Round makes it easier for more animals to get to it. That’s just a wag

So you was in the Army so I know you know what a circle jerk is— same principle- square and everyone is stepping on each other— round and everyone has a place to go

I will say I move mine around a good bit. Just stand it up and roll it wherever I need. Can’t do that with a square one

Because the bales are round, and ya gotta flip em up and back over the bale by yourself, ya need a little play, Don't want it so tight it's a pain in the but to drop over a bale. The cows reach in and get what they want and it ends up the shape of the ring before long

I can’t kill mine. They clean up the butternuts in the backyard and bury them in the neighbors yard for winter. Pleases me greatly.

He’s been around all summer— comes to visit when the shop door opens— he has a terrible mouth and I gotta threaten to end his existence from time to time, but we kinda got to where we understand and like each other

TO ALL ABOVE......ok, I get it.
Whoa, one other thing I just figured out, if you layed them down round, as the universe would naturally dictate, the only thing they'd have to munch on from jump street would be the wrapping. And nobody wants that.
Feel free to use my explanation.

I cut the strings on mine and pull them off. Don’t need them getting tangled on a foot and don’t like strings all over my pasture

dwells40, Oxbow, Feedman and 8 others Thank this.
